Workforce Housing

• As a community, state, and country the current housing trajectory is unsustainable. Affordability is at a crisis level. 
• Local residents and the working class that keep our city going are struggling to find  housing in Pleasant Hill.
• We also need to make sure we are preserving the small town feel of Pleasant Hill. Engaging all stakeholders to build developments that make sense.
